A fun and supportive morning learning the fundamentals of this empowering pose.
In this workshop, we’ll break down the key elements of headstand and build the body awareness, strength, and confidence needed to safely work towards it.
Whether you’re just starting your inversion journey or looking to refine your technique, you’ll be guided step-by-step in a welcoming environment.
After practice, we’ll unwind with coffee and pastries and enjoy some time to chat and connect with like-minded people. ☕🥐

No headstand experience is required, but a basic foundation in yoga is recommended.

Vinyasa Flow 6 Week Term

A dynamic flow-style practice which focuses on increasing flexibility and building strength. These classes follow a vinyasa flow style, synchronising each movement with the breath. This class is an all-round yoga practice, combining movement, strength work, and calming stretching.

Our prenatal yoga classes offer a calming and nurturing environment to support you through your pregnancy. Please note you must be at least 14 weeks pregnant to join our prenatal yoga classes.
