Vinyasa Flow 6 Week Term

A dynamic flow-style practice which focuses on increasing flexibility and building strength. This class follows a vinyasa flow style, synchronising each movement with the breath. This class is an all-round yoga practice, combining movement, strength-work and calming stretching. This class is suited to mixed level and open to beginners.

Our prenatal yoga classes offer a calming and nurturing environment to support you through your pregnancy. Please note you must be at least 14 weeks pregnant and have your GP's consent to join our prenatal yoga classes.
