Mixed Level Flow

A gentle dynamic flow-style practice which focuses on the basic poses of yoga. This class follows a vinyasa flow style, synchronising each movement with the breath. This class is an all-round yoga practice, combining movement, strength-work and calming stretching. This class is suited to mixed level and open to beginners.

Energetic Flow

A dynamic, active, flow–style practice combining stability, strength, flexibility and balance. This class is great for those who know the basics and are looking to improve their practice. Each movement is synchronised with the breath.

Prenatal Classes

Our prenatal yoga classes offer a calming and nurturing environment to support you through your pregnancy.

Group prenatal classes run in blocks of 6 weeks. Our next term starts in August 2025.

Please note you must be at least 12 weeks pregnant and have your GP's consent to join our prenatal yoga classes.

Welcoming Spring
Bective Mill Dome

-Time: Saturday 1st March 2025 11am-12:30pm
-Location: The Dome, Bective Mill, Navan, County Meath, C15H519
-What to bring: Please wear comfy clothes and bring your yoga mat if you have one.

Join me for a morning of mindful movement and breathwork at the beautiful surrounds of the dome Bective Mill, overlooking the river Boyne. With this workshop, we will invite more balance into our lives with an energising yoga flow (yang), followed by a slow restorative practice (yin). We will begin with meditation and energising breathwork, then move into more dynamic poses as we energise the body. The second part of the practice will centre around gentle movement and stretching. Here we will hold poses for a longer period of time, to release deeply held tension and cultivate a deeper connection with the breath. We will finish with a long relaxation to calm the body and the mind. As always, organic cacao and healthy homemade treats will be served. This morning session is a €30 investment in yourself and includes:

-Mindful vinyasa flow
-Restorative yin
-Breathwork
-Organic cacao and healthy homemade treats
-A 1pm sauna session can be booked separately through the hot box sauna website.

*Plan to arrive 10mins early to get settled in and so the session can start on time.

One to One Yoga Classes

One to One yoga sessions offer a unique and tailored class to the individual. These sessions are great for anyone who wants to focus on specific areas within their practice.

Your individual needs and goals are taken into consideration and classes are held at a time and place that is convenient for you. 1 to 1 yoga is highly effective at improving flexibilty and restoring balance in mind and body, all done at a pace and level that suits you.
